This apartment is just a few steps away from the new harbour, here you will find shops, restaurants and bars and a 5 minute walk to the old harbour. The surfing beach is just a 5 minute walk and the wonderful lagoons of El Cotillo are about a 10 minute walk along the beach. As you walk you can listen to the sounds of the waves in the beautiful aquamarine sea. Our apartment has a front gate and 12 steps down to a small terrace with table and chairs where you can sit and sip a glass of wine. There are patio doors leading straight into a well furnished sitting room. The apartment has shutters which keep the rooms cooler and darker in the bedroom for sleeping when they are closed.Airport transfers can be arranged and there is a good frequent bus service from El Cotillo.

Casa Bella

The apartment is located in the heart of old town El Cotillo. A short walk will bring you to the new harbour including shops, restaurants and bars, not forgetting the old harbour either. The beach is a great surfing location, or for those of you that prefer a more scenic view, the magnificent lagoons of El Cotillo. The apartment is fully furnished with an open plan kitchen and living room. A shared roof space is sure to provide you with excellent sea views and a perfect opportunity to relax in the sun. This lovely little village with its main historic roots in fishing will give you some great photographs and discovery walks. Between the beautiful beaches and the ancient village I'm sure you'll be delighted. A Local contact will greet you at El Cotillo and guide you to your apartment.
